Role Overview:
\n<\/strong><\/span>The Senior Sales Executive will play a key role in driving commercial growth and expanding ISS Global Forwarding\u2019s presence in Mauritius. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, the role focuses on developing key trade lanes – including China, India, T\u00fcrkiye, UAE, and South Africa – while identifying and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in freight forwarding and be responsible for achieving monthly Gross Profit targets. This role requires close collaboration with the operations team to ensure a seamless client experience, from first contact to execution. It offers the opportunity to build a strategic portfolio within a globally recognized logistics network, with performance-based incentives and career growth potential.<\/span><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:
\n<\/strong><\/span>\u2022 Identify and secure new business opportunities to generate Gross Profit (GP) in line with monthly goals.
\n<\/span>\u2022 Develop trade lanes: China, India, T\u00fcrkiye, UAE, South Africa (inbound & outbound).
\n<\/span>\u2022 Meet and exceed sales targets set in line with the company’s strategy.
\n<\/span>\u2022 Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and solutions to prospective clients.
\n<\/span>\u2022 Work closely with Operations to ensure client satisfaction and smooth handovers.
\n<\/span>\u2022 Maintain a healthy pipeline through effective lead generation and CRM updates.
\n<\/span>\u2022 Represent ISS at relevant industry functions and networking events.<\/span><\/p>\n

Requirements:
\n<\/strong><\/span>\u2022 3\u20135 years of sales\/business development experience in freight forwarding\/logistics.
\n<\/span>\u2022 Proven track record of client acquisition and achieving revenue targets.
\n<\/span>\u2022 Strong knowledge of regional and international trade lanes.
\n<\/span>\u2022 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
\n<\/span>\u2022 Highly motivated, result-driven, and organized.
\n<\/span>\u2022 Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
\n<\/span>\u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
\n<\/span>\u2022 Fluent in English and French (Creole is a bonus).<\/span><\/p>\n
