The role partners closely with finance, operations, and product teams to drive insights, improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making in a dynamic logistics environment.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022 Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across regions and business units.<br \/>\n\u2022 Consolidate and analyze financial performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare management reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Hyperion) with meaningful insights and recommendations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare financial models with 5 year projections.<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct detailed profitability, OPEX, and variance analyses by country, product, and customer.<br \/>\n\u2022 Partner with business teams to ensure accuracy of job file data, cost allocation, and compliance with group policies.<br \/>\n\u2022 Support preparation of business cases, monitor implementation, and track achievement of financial targets.<br \/>\n\u2022 Drive consistency and best practices in FP&amp;A processes and reporting across the Group.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA\/CA\/CPA\/CIMA\/ACCA preferred.<br \/>\n\u2022 5-7 years of FP&amp;A, business finance, or corporate finance experience, including multi-country exposure.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in freight forwarding and logistics industries is a strong advantage.<br \/>\n\u2022 Advanced financial modeling and data visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.).<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience working across different geography and culture<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Key Attributes:<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022 Strategic and analytical thinker with commercial acumen.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022 Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022 Strong influencing and problem-solving skills across diverse teams.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kindly fill the form below to apply.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Department: Group Finance\u00a0 Experience:\u00a0 5-7 years of FP&amp;A, business finance, or corporate finance experience, including multi-country exposure.
