The role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to optimize system performance, support end-users, and enhance operational efficiency, particularly within a freight forwarding and logistics environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022\u00a0 Manage and supervise daily IT operations, including system monitoring, performance optimization, and incident management.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Plan, deploy, and maintain operational systems and applications in collaboration with the IT team.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Provide direct end-user support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT-related issues.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Develop and deliver training programs to improve user understanding and effective use of IT systems and tools.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Gather user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and update training materials accordingly.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and business continuity.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Coordinate with external vendors for issue resolution, technical support, system enhancements, and additional business requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022\u00a0 1+ years of experience in IT operations or a similar role.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 1+ years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Experience in implementing and managing enterprise IT systems and services.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS) in freight forwarding is a strong advantage.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet research tools.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Technical Skills:<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022\u00a0 Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, system administration, and network management.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Hands-on experience with system implementation, monitoring, and support.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Key Attributes:<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022\u00a0 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Team-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to work across functions and cultures.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Kindly fill the form below to apply.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Department: Information Technology Company Name: ISS Global Forwarding UAE LLC Company Introduction: ISS Global Forwarding is a leading provider of logistics services, trusted by international organizations across industries for its expertise and sharp focus on customer service.
