Role Overview:
The Sales Manager – Oil & Gas is responsible for driving business growth within the oil and gas sector by developing and maintaining strategic client relationships. This role plays a critical part in expanding ISS Global Forwarding’s market presence in the oil and gas industry while delivering comprehensive logistics solutions that meet sector-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales of ISS Global Forwarding solutions specifically to the Oil & Gas industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Oil & Gas customers and stakeholders.
• Identify key Oil & Gas clients with business potential to meet sales targets.
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on customer requirements.
• Generate viable leads and pursue new business opportunities within the sector.
• Expand business volume with existing customers and secure new Oil & Gas clients.
• Establish and nurture robust long-term partnerships with clients and industry stakeholders.
• Develop and coordinate international air and sea freight shipments for Oil & Gas customers.
Requirements:
• Comprehensive knowledge of Oil & Gas industry operations and business requirements.
• Proven business development capabilities with demonstrated success in sales growth.
• Strong relationship management and client retention expertise.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close complex deals.
• Extensive experience in developing sales and marketing strategies for comprehensive freight forwarding services.
• Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general internet navigation.
