Role Overview:
\n<\/strong>The Sales Executive is responsible for generating the product\u2019s sales leads, acquiring new customers, and achieving sales targets within the company. The job holder will play a vital role in identifying business opportunities, building customer relationships, and promoting air freight services.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:
\n<\/strong>\u2022 Generate sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
\n\u2022 Qualify leads and assess their potential to become customers.
\n\u2022 Maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities and track progress in CRM systems.
\n\u2022 Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand the customer base.
\n\u2022 Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
\n\u2022 Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns.
\n\u2022 Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of air freight services.
\n\u2022 Customize sales proposals and quotations based on customer requirements and market conditions.
\n\u2022 Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to secure profitable business agreements.
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines and company policies.
\n\u2022 Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
\n\u2022 Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to deepen relationships and identify opportunities for customer satisfaction improvement.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

\n\u2022 Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Additional languages may be advantageous.
\n\u2022 Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills
