Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across multiple countries and business lines within the Group. The role partners closely with finance, operations, and product teams to drive insights, improve profitability, and support strategic decision-making in a dynamic logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across regions and business units.
• Consolidate and analyze financial performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Hyperion) with meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Prepare financial models with 5 year projections.
• Conduct detailed profitability, OPEX, and variance analyses by country, product, and customer.
• Partner with business teams to ensure accuracy of job file data, cost allocation, and compliance with group policies.
• Support preparation of business cases, monitor implementation, and track achievement of financial targets.
• Drive consistency and best practices in FP&A processes and reporting across the Group.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA preferred.
• 5-7 years of FP&A, business finance, or corporate finance experience, including multi-country exposure.
• Experience in freight forwarding and logistics industries is a strong advantage.
• Advanced financial modeling and data visualization skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working across different geography and culture
