In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and developing new customers, managing strategic sales opportunities across air and sea freight services, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in freight forwarding sales, strong commercial acumen, and the motivation to deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced international logistics environment.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022 Develop and execute sales strategies while building a portfolio of new customers, focusing on mid-sized and large companies in line with the company&#8217;s growth strategy.<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct well-prepared and regular weekly customer meetings.<br \/>\n\u2022 Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline, primarily for sea freight and air freight products.<br \/>\n\u2022 Drive continuous progress by acting as the key coordinator between customers and internal stakeholders throughout all stages of the sales process.<br \/>\n\u2022 Focus primarily on acquiring and developing mid-sized and large controlled business accounts.<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify, qualify, and share sales leads within the ISS network.<br \/>\n\u2022 Demonstrated experience in local tender management, supported by proven success stories.<br \/>\n\u2022 Results-oriented, highly motivated, and driven to achieve business growth.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Requirements:<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.<br \/>\n\u2022 Based in our Istanbul office.<br \/>\n\u2022 Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of the Product\u2019s services, industry trends, and market dynamics.<br \/>\n\u2022 Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
