To oversee day-to-day operational and service-related issues. Provide feedback and action required. Escalate issues to the Air Freight manager that cannot be resolved in a timely manner.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022\u00a0 Manage air import, export, and cross-trade operations from booking to final delivery.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, customs, warehouses, and transporters.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Prepare, verify, and process air freight documentation (MAWB\/HAWB, invoices, packing lists, COO, etc.).<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Monitor shipment schedules and provide status updates and pre-alerts to customers and agents.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Monitor ETD\/ETA with airlines, forwarders, and DNATA, and ensure freight has departed\/arrived as per schedule.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Ensure compliance with IATA regulations, airline requirements, and local customs laws.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Update shipment details in freight management systems and maintain accurate records.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Coordinate closely with sales, customer service, and finance teams to support smooth operations.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Ensure timely and accurate billing in line with agreed timelines and adherence to KPI guidelines<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Proficient in Word, Excel, presentation tools, and internet use.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Key Attributes:<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022\u00a0 Strong knowledge of air export\/import procedures and documentation.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
