The job holder will play a vital role in identifying business opportunities, building customer relationships, and promoting air freight services.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022 Generate sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.<br \/>\n\u2022 Qualify leads and assess their potential to become customers.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities and track progress in CRM systems.<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand the customer base.<br \/>\n\u2022 Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of air freight services.<br \/>\n\u2022 Customize sales proposals and quotations based on customer requirements and market conditions.<br \/>\n\u2022 Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to secure profitable business agreements.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines and company policies.<br \/>\n\u2022 Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to deepen relationships and identify opportunities for improvement of customer satisfaction.<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare sales reports and provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Requirements:<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.<br \/>\n\u2022 5 years + in the same or similar role in sales, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding industry.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of the Product\u2019s services, industry trends, and market dynamics.<br \/>\n\u2022 Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
