Role Overview:
Responsible for managing daily air freight operations, ensuring seamless execution of shipments while maintaining high standards of efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role involves close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes and deliver world-class service.

Key Responsibilities:
 • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing ongoing shipment arrangements and ensuring timely communication.
 • Proactively address customer inquiries, resolve operational issues, and provide end-to-end shipment visibility.
 • Negotiate, monitor, and manage suppliers to ensure cost-effective and reliable service delivery.
 • Work closely with internal teams (sales, customer service, finance, and customs compliance) to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
 • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations (IATA, TSA, customs), and best practices to ensure compliant and efficient operations.
 • Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to minimize errors and delays.
 • Ensure accurate and timely updates in logistics management systems for shipment tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
 • Contribute to operational KPIs, cost-saving initiatives, and continuous improvement strategies.

Requirements:
 • Minimum 3 years or above relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of international air freight regulations, customs procedures, and industry best practices.
• Good Negotiation & communication skills, Customer Service and Operation Hands on Experience
