For more information, please<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"> <a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/iss-globalforwarding.com\/ko\/about-us\/\">click here.<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Role Overview:<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span>The Business Development Manager is responsible for supporting the commercial growth of Freight Forwarding business by bringing new customers on board and additional business from existing customers whilst managing multiple relationships internally and externally.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022 Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve the company&#8217;s sales goals and objectives.<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.<br \/>\n\u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborate with other departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless customer experience.<br \/>\n\u2022 Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare and present proposals to clients that align with their business needs and objectives.<br \/>\n\u2022 Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare and present business development reports to senior management on a regular basis.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Requirements:<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022 Bachelor&#8217;s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, in a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong experience in freight forwarding, preferably in a managerial role within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of international ocean freight regulations, customs procedures, and industry best practices.<br \/>\n\u2022 Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
