Role Overview:
\n<\/strong>We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operational Excellence Analyst to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of operational data, analysing business performance, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting operational excellence initiatives across the business. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and IT to drive data-driven decision-making, improve operational efficiencies, and support business performance through meaningful reporting and analytics.<\/span><\/p>\n

Requirements:
\n<\/strong>\u2022 Matric (essential), relevant Data Analytics, Information Systems, or IT certifications are a plus.
\n\u2022 3 to 5 years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or a related field within freight forwarding or logistics.
\n\u2022 Experience analysing operational performance and business data.
\n\u2022 Experience in process improvement and operational reporting.
\n\u2022 Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
\n\u2022 DAX knowledge (advantageous).
\n\u2022 Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
\n\u2022 Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
\n\u2022 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
\n\u2022 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
\n\u2022 Strong stakeholder management abilities.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n
