Please note that Integrated Service Solutions Global Forwarding and its subsidiaries operating under the brand ISS (“ISS”, “us”, “we” and “our”) is the controller of your Personal Data and is subject to applicable data protection laws and regulations, which may include, but not be limited to, the EU General Data Protection Regulations 2016/679 (“GDPR Regulations”).

In relation to this, we may use your Personal Data for performing our services (e.g. contracting; handling payments; carrying out a shipment) that we can offer OR to provide you services set out in any of our agreement entered with you from time to time OR for any other purpose for which you provided us with your Personal Data.
Shipment datas may also be provided to the competent authorities of the country of transit or destination for customs and tax clearance or security screening, as required by to comply with the relevant laws. With specific regard to shipping, the information needed may be related to: shipper name and address, receiver name and address, description of the goods, number of pieces, weight and value of shipment.
We may use submitted information to provide you with relevant service offerings to better respond to your service inquiries or respond to complaints.
We collect and use information about you to support our customer service and support activities or related transactions. This can include but is not limited to, warranty services, financing or purchasing, product delivery, and maintenance support.
To detect, and protect ISS and other third parties against negligence, fraud, theft and other illegal activities and to audit compliance with our and their internal policies, we may also conduct anti-fraud checks for which personal information you provided us may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
Under the GDPR Regulations, we process Personal Data provided by visitors through our website on the basis of consent and we have legal basis to process your Personal Data to protect our legitimate business interest, and/or legitimate interest of any other person.
In other instances, the processing of your Personal Data may be necessary to comply with applicable law or regulation or for the performance of a contract to which you are subject. You may not be able to opt out of this processing, or your choice to opt-out may impact our ability to perform a contractual obligation otherwise owed to you.

The period which we retain your Personal Data varies according to the type of information in question and the purpose for which it is used, and in any case always in compliance with the applicable law.
