The job holder plays a key role in driving sales revenue, developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and managing a team of sales professionals.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022 Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for the product\u2019s services to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify market opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.<br \/>\n\u2022 Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to inform sales strategies and tactics.<br \/>\n\u2022 Set sales targets, create sales plans, and monitor progress against targets.<br \/>\n\u2022 Lead the identi\ufb01cation and pursuit of new business opportunities, including key accounts and strategic partnerships.<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, industry stakeholders, and partners to drive business growth.<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the ocean freight industry.<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs.<br \/>\n\u2022 Recruit, train, develop, and manage a high-performing sales team.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to the sales team members.<br \/>\n\u2022 Set individual sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular sales reports to senior management.<br \/>\n\u2022 Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.<br \/>\n\u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify customer pain points and develop solutions to address them.<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to deepen relationships and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.<br \/>\n\u2022 Track and analyze sales performance data, including revenue, market share, and customer acquisition.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare sales forecasts, and sales reports, and present them to senior management.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales performance and drive continuous improvement.<br \/>\n\u2022 Lead contract negotiations with customers to secure pro\ufb01table business agreements.<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop pricing strategies and proposals based on market trends, competition, and cost considerations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines and company policies.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Requirements:<br \/>\n<\/strong> \u00a0\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related \ufb01eld.<br \/>\n\u2022 6-10 years of experience in Product sales, business development, or a similar leadership role within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of the Product\u2019s services, industry trends, and market dynamics.<br \/>\n\u2022 Pro\ufb01ciency in English (written and verbal).
