Role Overview:
\n<\/strong>Support the commercial growth of the Freight Forwarding business by bringing new customers on board and additional business from existing customers, whilst managing multiple relationships internally and externally.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:
\n<\/strong>\u2022 Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve the company’s sales goals and objectives.
\n\u2022 Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
\n\u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with other departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
\n\u2022 Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
\n\u2022 Prepare and present proposals to clients that align with their business needs and objectives.
\n\u2022 Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients.
\n\u2022 Prepare and present business development reports to senior management on a regular basis.<\/span><\/p>\n

Requirements:
\n<\/strong>\u2022 Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, in a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
\n\u2022 Strong experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
\n\u2022 Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
