The job holder will be overseeing the sales process, setting sales targets, and ensuring the team achieves or exceeds them. The Senior Sales Manager plays a crucial role in developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and maximizing sales performance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022 Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.<br \/>\n\u2022 Set sales targets for the sales team and ensure they are aligned with overall company objectives.<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor sales performance, track progress, and provide regular reports to senior management.<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify areas for improvement and implement sales process enhancements to optimize sales efficiency.<br \/>\n\u2022 Coach and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.<br \/>\n\u2022 Understand client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions to meet their requirements.<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, identifying growth opportunities and addressing any concerns.<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and outstanding service delivery.<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand customer base, and increase market share.<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.<br \/>\n\u2022 Analyze sales data, market insights, and customer feedback to drive informed decision-making.<br \/>\n\u2022 Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional activities.<br \/>\n\u2022 Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, setting performance goals and providing ongoing feedback.<br \/>\n\u2022 Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales team.<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify training and development needs and provide coaching and mentoring to enhance sales skills and capabilities.<br \/>\n\u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.<br \/>\n\u2022 Identify customer needs and propose appropriate logistics solutions to meet their requirements.<br \/>\n\u2022 Address customer concerns and resolve any issues or challenges in a timely and effective manner.<br \/>\n\u2022 Stay updated on customer industry trends and changes to proactively identify opportunities for business growth.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Requirements:<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022 Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.<br \/>\n\u2022 10+ years of experience in sales management roles, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of the Product\u2019s services, industry trends, and market dynamics.<br \/>\n\u2022 Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
