Role Overview:
\n<\/strong>Responsible for managing daily air freight operations, ensuring seamless execution of shipments while maintaining high standards of efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role involves close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes and deliver world-class service.<\/span><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:
\n<\/strong>\u00a0\u2022 Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing ongoing shipment arrangements and ensuring timely communication.<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u2022 Proactively address customer inquiries, resolve operational issues, and provide end-to-end shipment visibility.<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u2022 Negotiate, monitor, and manage suppliers to ensure cost-effective and reliable service delivery.<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u2022 Work closely with internal teams (sales, customer service, finance, and customs compliance) to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u2022 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations (IATA, TSA, customs), and best practices to ensure compliant and efficient operations.<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u2022 Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to minimize errors and delays.<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u2022 Ensure accurate and timely updates in logistics management systems for shipment tracking, invoicing, and reporting.<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u2022 Contribute to operational KPIs, cost-saving initiatives, and continuous improvement strategies.<\/span><\/p>\n

Requirements:
\n<\/strong>\u00a0\u2022 Minimum 3 years or above relevant experience<\/span>
\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of international air freight regulations, customs procedures, and industry best practices.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Good Negotiation & communication skills, Customer Service and Operation Hands on Experience
