Role Overview:
\n<\/strong>The Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:
\n<\/strong>\u00a0\u2022 Respond to customer inquiries promptly via various channels such as phone, email, or live chat.
\n\u2022 Provide accurate and relevant information about products, services, pricing, and shipment tracking.
\n\u2022 Assist customers in resolving issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
\n\u2022 Process customer orders accurately and e\ufb03ciently, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
\n\u2022 Coordinate with relevant departments, such as operations and logistics, to ensure timely order ful\ufb01llment.
\n\u2022 Track and monitor the progress of orders, providing updates to customers as required.
\n\u2022 Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact details, communication history, and order information.
\n\u2022 Prepare and process necessary documentation, such as invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
\n\u2022 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
\n\u2022 Investigate and address customer complaints, concerns, or service-related issues.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated customer problems e\ufb00ectively.
\n\u2022 Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution and customer satisfaction.
\n\u2022 Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
\n\u2022 Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively take actions to improve service quality.
\n\u2022 Collect and analyze customer feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
\n\u2022 Provide recommendations to management for enhancing the customer experience.
\n\u2022 Identify opportunities for process improvement and e\ufb03ciency enhancements in customer service operations.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Requirements:
\n<\/strong> \u00a0\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related \ufb01eld.
\n\u2022 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
\n\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.
\n\u2022 Pro\ufb01ciency in English (written and verbal). Additional languages may be advantageous.
\n\u2022 Fluency in MS O\ufb03ce (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills
