The job holder will be proactively contacting potential customers, understanding their logistics needs, and presenting suitable solutions.<br \/>\nThe ideal candidate can be based in either Istanbul or Dubai and will contribute directly to the company\u2019s financial health by improving performance, enabling data-driven decisions, and continuously improving financial processes and controls.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022 Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.<br \/>\n\u2022 Research prospective clients and understand their logistics requirements and pain points.<br \/>\n\u2022 Present and promote the company&#8217;s services to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and competitive advantages.<br \/>\n\u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.<br \/>\n\u2022 Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and address any customer concerns or issues.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare and send sales quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients.<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely execution of customer orders.<br \/>\n\u2022 Provide ongoing sales support to clients, including order tracking, shipment updates, and addressing any queries or concerns.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer profiles, sales activities, and sales pipelines using CRM software.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis, providing insights and recommendations for sales strategy refinement.<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor sales performance against targets and take appropriate actions to ensure the achievement of sales goals.<br \/>\n\u2022 Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.<br \/>\n\u2022 Share market insights and customer feedback with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Key Attributes:<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022 Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.<br \/>\n\u2022 2 &#8211; 4 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.<br \/>\n\u2022 Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.<br \/>\n\u2022 Proficiency in English &amp; Turkish (written and verbal).
