Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operational Excellence Analyst to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of operational data, analysing business performance, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting operational excellence initiatives across the business. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and IT to drive data-driven decision-making, improve operational efficiencies, and support business performance through meaningful reporting and analytics.

Requirements:
• Matric (essential), relevant Data Analytics, Information Systems, or IT certifications are a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or a related field within freight forwarding or logistics.
• Experience analysing operational performance and business data.
• Experience in process improvement and operational reporting.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• DAX knowledge (advantageous).
• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
