Enver Moretti, Group CEO, kicked off the year with a visit to ISS GF in Greater China, covering Shanghai, Shenzhen, Ningbo, and Hong Kong, reinforcing China’s importance to operate as a network-driven company.

In Shanghai, alongside customer engagements, Enver and Melvin Chang, Group CFO, held a management session about the 2026 Business Plan and China’s strategic direction. As part of the visit, Melvin also introduced the first management sharing session for the China team in a “Let’s Coffee” format – an open and well-received discussion on career development and continuous learning.

Beyond formal meetings, Enver spent time with colleagues from Shanghai and Ningbo over team lunches and dinners, creating space to share the Group’s vision and recognize the collective efforts driving the business forward. Town Halls and workshops were held in both Shanghai and Shenzhen, providing clarity on the Group’s direction and energizing teams around shared objectives. In Shenzhen, Enver also visited the soon-to-open new office, a milestone that generated strong momentum for future growth.
Following China, Enver and Melvin spent two days in Singapore with Rachana Waikar, Country Manager – Singapore, Malaysia & Vietnam, reviewing 2025 performance and aligning on the 2026 outlook. Discussions highlighted Malaysia’s turnaround to a USD 500k positive bottom line, Singapore reaching break-even, and Vietnam maintaining financial stability since mid-2025. The discussions concluded with clear direction on the 2026 budget and the strategic trade lanes to develop including China, Southeast Asia, the UAE, and India.
