Role Overview:
The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The job holder will be proactively contacting potential customers, understanding their logistics needs, and presenting suitable solutions.
The ideal candidate can be based in either Istanbul or Dubai and will contribute directly to the company’s financial health by improving performance, enabling data-driven decisions, and continuously improving financial processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
• Research prospective clients and understand their logistics requirements and pain points.
• Present and promote the company’s services to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and competitive advantages.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
• Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and address any customer concerns or issues.
• Prepare and send sales quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate and timely execution of customer orders.
• Provide ongoing sales support to clients, including order tracking, shipment updates, and addressing any queries or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer profiles, sales activities, and sales pipelines using CRM software.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis, providing insights and recommendations for sales strategy refinement.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and take appropriate actions to ensure the achievement of sales goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Share market insights and customer feedback with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.

Key Attributes:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 – 4 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in English & Turkish (written and verbal). Additional languages may be advantageous.
• Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation
