ISS GF secured this UAE-based fashion retailer through an aggressive, business-first commercial strategy led by the UAE management team, prioritizing winning the volumes ahead of rate negotiations. This represents a successful second onboarding attempt following earlier efforts in 2025. The contract is RFQ-based and reviewed quarterly.

Primary Metals & Industrial Manufacturing

ISS GF reactivated and expanded its relationship with a global metals manufacturer after service challenges in early 2025. Since June 2025, consistent volumes have been handled across multiple tradelanes. Given this success, ISS GF is positioned to win one of the largest airfreight volumes for Italy-origin imports and will participate in their global tender expected mid-2026.

A site visit to the contract logistics facility in Dubai is planned as the customer explores additional supply chain services with us.
